Shannon & Roddy's Wedding ~ Spring Valley Golf Course, Milpitas, CA

A very long overdue posted from a July wedding at The Spring Valley Golf Course in Milpitas.  OK OK,  I think we went crazy with Shannon and Roddy's photos, but when you have a couple that are in love that you truly love photographing it's hard not to go crazy!!!  Here are a few of the girls ' getting ready photos!  I love how all of the dresses were lined up for us in the window when we arrived!

Shannon,who by the way is the best bride ever, and Roddy decided they wanted to see each other before the wedding to save time, so we set up the first look and photographed Shannon & Roddy and the bridal party before the wedding.

Here are few of the photos from their ceremony!  We also love the father daughter moments, I guess because of our two daughters.  The tree ceremony was a first for us.  You may be asking what is a tree ceremony?  It is when the bride and groom bring dirt for their respective homes and add it to a small tree they will then plant in their yard.  

After the ceremony we took Shannon & Roddy back out the golf course and had some more fun with them!  The bridal party was waiting for them when we returning and we got the left corner shot!

Ok almost done, here a few front the reception...  Gotta love the fun and love it!

Last one we promise!!  Shannon booked our Photo Booth before we even had it, for that we thank her for trusting us!  Her guest had lots of fun in there and Pink Sugar (our daughters) rocked it!!

Leia & Garrett's Surprise Proposal ~ Twin Peaks San Francisco, CA

We feel very strongly about giving back in the way we know how. So, we wanted to share a little of what we did back in April.  This is a long overdue story, but I think it's one that has to told.  And we couldn't have picked a better day to share it on - Veteran's Day.

We came across a Craigslist ad seeking a photographer for a proposal in San Francisco by a gentleman who was currently deployed.  We thought what better way to give back to to someone, who risks his life for our freedom.  I inquired if he had found someone to take the photos for him, and he responded that  he did not and he liked our work and wanted to know how much we would charge.  When I responded with a $1.00 and lunch, he said, "Wow, I am in shock! I have never had anyone in my life to something so nice. Im more speechless right now. I would love to buy lunch…Thank you for the support you give. Its a rare thing to see now of days."  

We arranged to be at the proposal, it's funny how you have never met someone, but you just know who they are just because….  We spotted them when we they arrived, and we were playing around in the perfect spot, pretending to take photos of the kids and each other.  They walked up and were enjoying the view.  A couple of times I saw Garrett start to pull the box out from within his pocket, but he got caught and didn't.  Then, we saw the box come out and we knew it was action time.  He got down on bended knee with this amazing view and we started clicking away.  Leia must have thought we crazy taking photos of the kids, cause I'm sure she could hear the clicks….  They hugged and kissed.  Then he let her know, we were in on it too!  :)  And of course we were crying and we all hugged.  We had the BEST lunch that day and enjoyed the company even more! 

A very special thank you to Leia and Garrett for allowing us to share in one of life's most amazing moments!   Thank you all of the military men and women risk their lives for us!

Gabriela + Martin's Wedding ~ Cathedral Basilica of Saint Joseph's ~ Mexican Heritage Plaza ~ San Jose, CA

We were very honored to share in Gabriela & Martin's Wedding day!  Their love for each showed instantly at our first meeting with them.  They are high school sweethearts and we even took them to their meeting place on one of our stops at their engagement session - Mount Pleasant High School!

Here are a few of their photos as they both prepared for their wonderful wedding day!  Did I mention that both the bride and groom looked absolutely amazing, they belong on the cover of The Knot!  They put so many details into their wedding day we are happy to share them!

It is always a blessing to be an approved photographer for Saint Joseph's Cathedral.  It is such a beautifully spiritual place!   Here are a just a handful of the photos we took at the Cathedral during their wedding ceremony…

After the wedding ceremony a Classic Cadillac arrived to pick up the handsome groom and gorgeous bride to take them to the Mexican Heritage Plaza.  Here are a few photos of them getting ready to leave downtown and also from the Mexican Heritage Plaza…

From the exquisite sweets table that featured Cake Pops, Carmel Corn, Tarts, Macaroons and Brownies just to name a few of the treats to the special first dance song their groomsman wrote and sang for them their wedding was fabulous!  All of Gabriela and Martin's meticulous planning was evident at their celebration!  Thank you for the honor Gabriela & Martin!  Many Blessings! <3

Ashley & Babatunde's Wedding ~ Los Meganos at Trilogy, Brentwood, CA

We were so very excited to share in Ashley and Babatunde's wedding day.  Ashley carried  our business card for years in her backpack.  When Babatunde proposed we were one of the first people she called.  All of the hard work planning the details showed throughout the wedding from Babatunde's Vera Wang suit, to the fun and elegant reception dress Ashley changed into, to the gobo on the wall, to the exquisite dessert table, to the Photo Booth and to the exciting sparkler exit.

Sharing with them was truly an honor and their genuine love made our job so much easier! Here are just a few images from their wedding day at the very gorgeous Trilogy in Brentwood, CA.

Alex & Sunjesh's Wedding ~ Sneha Restaurant,Sunnyvale, CA

What a wonderful celebration of LOVE!  We were honored to share in Alex & Sunjesh's Wedding celebration filled with love, traditions, laughter, spirituality and loads of fun ~ these guys danced for at least three hours straight!  This amazing couple celebrated for 3 days starting with religious rituals and ending with all night dancing!    Here a just a few of their fabulous images:
